Managed assets include any assets discovered or added through any source. This includes:

  • Assets detected via third-party integrations like Intune, Jamf, Automox, Chrome Connector, Workspace One, and Cloud Discovery Apps (Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes).
  • Manually added assets, including those imported through APIs, CSV uploads, or other custom integrations.
  • Assets identified using Freshservice’s native tools, such as the Probe and Agent.

Orchestration helps automate manual, error-prone, routine tasks that are spread across disparate tools by seamlessly integrating with homegrown apps as well as other popular apps for a unified, comprehensive automation engine across the org.

Freddy AI is a user-friendly AI solution that boosts productivity, fosters innovation, and delivers personalized customer experiences with its powerful generative AI capabilities

A session is any unique interaction between an end-user and a bot:

  1. On email, every email response is counted as 1 bot session
  2. On voice, every voice bot response is counted as 1 bot session
  3. On chat, all end-users-to-bot interactions that happen within a span of 24 hours from the time end-users initiate a session are counted as 1 bot session
  4. Only customer-facing AI features and bots consume sessions. Agent-facing AI features and bots don’t consume bot sessions.

You can purchase any number of bot session packs. The validity corresponds  to  your payment cycle. For example: If you choose to pay quarterly, your sessions will also expire quarterly.

No, Freddy AI Copilot can be purchased and assigned to any number of agents of your choice

We offer 500 sessions with Pro and Enterprise plans to try out Freddy AI Agent email bots. This is limited to once per account. Once exhausted, you need to buy additional sessions based on your requirements.

No, day passes are not available for Freddy AI Copilot

The beta program aims to help more customers try out our AI offerings. We also want to maximize customer feedback and fine-tune our features before we launch them publicly.
