  • On chat, all end-user-to-bot interactions that happen within a span of 24 hours from the time the end-user initiates a session are counted as 1 bot session.
  • Only customer-facing AI features and bots consume sessions. Agent-facing AI features and bots don't consume bot sessions.
You can purchase any number of bot session packs. The validity corresponds to your payment cycle. For example: if you choose to pay quarterly, your sessions will also expire quarterly.
No, Freddy AI Copilot can be purchased and assigned to any number of agents of your choice.
We offer 500 sessions with Pro and Enterprise plans to try out Freddy AI Agent email bots. This is limited to once per account. Once exhausted, you need to buy additional sessions based on your requirements.
